ARLINGTON, VA, December 11, 2023 /LinkedIn/ -- ChangeSmith, LLC, an Organizational Health consultancy, is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract by the General Services Administration (GSA), the centralized procurement arm of the federal government (Contract Number 47QRAA24D0015).

This contract is a government-wide, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract that can be used by any federal agency. It was effective as of November 21, 2023, and runs through November 21, 2028.

Chris Smith, Principal shared, “ChangeSmith has been active in the provision of our unique Organizational Health solutions in both the Federal and Commercial markets since 2015, but until now, all of our Federal initiatives have come in a supporting capacity with our fantastic partners.  Moving forward we are ready for the challenge of performing in a primary capacity for Federal client leaders with whom we can mold and shape healthy consulting and facilitated learning solutions that will be truly ChangeSmith branded.  The GSA MAS award provides us with a platform from which the full depth and breadth of our 25 years of people-focused, business transformation experience can create real advantages for our valued government leaders and employees.

I’ve been engaged in various capacities all over the world in the service of the United States government since I commissioned from West Point nearly 35 years ago.  While over the last few years we’ve brought unique Organizational Health solutions to a wide range of commercial client leaders, I’ve always recognized that the Federal market represented a real opportunity for government leaders to realize the advantages of Organizational Health.  Through the access provided by our GSA MAS award, I am excited to play a leading role for ChangeSmith in collaborating with healthy government leaders to drive the cohesion and clarity that will allow for transformative impacts on Federal teams,” stated Chris O’Connor, Principal.

The GSA MAS contract award allows government agencies to leverage ChangeSmith’s unique blend of people-focused Organizational Health solutions and deep Federal Government experience in each of the Civilian, Defense, and Intel markets through the provision of professional services over the last 25 years.

"We've done this before," added O'Connor in reference to the many years ChangeSmith's principals spent shaping, responding to, and winning government solicitations in their collective time at Federal professional services leaders like Booz Allen Hamilton.  After having supported many government leaders and customers as a sub and partner, ChangeSmith experts will now be available directly under two Special Item Numbers (SINs): 541611 (Management and Financial Consulting, Acquisition and Grants Management Support, and Business Program and Project Management Services) and 611430 (Professional and Management Development Training).
