Smith is an Organizational Health nerd who believes that people who have remarkable experiences perform in more impactful and more sustainable ways. His perspectives reflect experiences as a father, as a youth soccer coach, and ~25 years of management consulting. He used to be good at soccer and is currently his family’s 3x defending bowling champion.
O’Connor fancies himself an ENFP stuck in an ISTJ world, but that has allowed him to understand that the most important thing is not being the smartest; its understanding people and helping them reach levels they never imagined. Given the chance, he will share his tales as a hockey player, West Point Cadet, Army Officer, father and coach, along with 20+ years of management consulting. He can break down a soccer match much better than he can play.
As fathers, coaches, and business executives, the "Two Chrises" have learned a little bit about Healthy Leadership and enabling remarkable experiences for people. The OHBlog is our Organizational Health story-telling forum. We hope you enjoy our perspectives, and find something that helps you and your team become Healthier.
